Westside International Travel Inc.

Effective Date: July 23, 2026

Westside International Travel Inc. (“Westside International Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at www.westsideintltravel.com (the “Site”) and through our travel-planning services, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights you have.

By using our Site or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Westside International Travel is a full-service leisure travel agency. We help travelers plan and book vacation packages, all-inclusive resort stays, group and destination travel, and other trips, including through our flexible layaway and payment-plan options. Arranging travel requires us to collect and, in some cases, share certain personal information, as described below.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We collect the information you choose to give us, including when you request a quote, contact us, book travel, sign up for our emails, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:

Contact and inquiry details submitted through our quote request form (“Let Us Know Where You’d Like to Go”) or other forms — such as your name, email address, phone number, desired destination, departure city and state, number of adults and children traveling, trip length, estimated departure date, and any message you include.

Booking and travel details needed to arrange your trip — such as traveler names, dates of birth, and other information required by airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel providers.

Payment and billing informatio — such as billing address and payment card or account details used to make deposits and installment payments under our layaway and payment-plan options.

Communications — the content of emails, phone calls, messages, and other correspondence you have with us.

Marketing preferences — such as your subscription to our promotional email list.

Information About Other Travelers

When you book or request travel for other people (for example, family members, a group, or a wedding or honeymoon party), you may provide us with personal information about those travelers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share their information with us, and that they understand how their information will be used as described in this Policy.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

– Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.

– Pages you view, links you click, the referring website, and the dates and times of your visits.

– General location information derived from your IP address.

We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use our Site, and Google reCAPTCHA to help protect our forms from spam and abuse. Your interactions with these tools are subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

– Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and travel recommendations.

– Plan, book, and manage your travel, and communicate with you about your trip.

– Process deposits, installment payments, and other transactions, including under our layaway and payment-plan options.

– Send you promotional emails and other marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).

– Operate, maintain, improve, and secure our Site and services.

– Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse.

– Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

Travel suppliers. To fulfill your booking, we share the information necessary to arrange your travel with the relevant providers — such as airlines, hotels and resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, and other travel partners. These providers use your information according to their own privacy policies.

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as payment processing, website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and marketing support. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law or legal process, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, protect the rights, property, or safety of Westside International Travel, our customers, or others, or investigate potential violations of our agreements.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure Site performance, and analyze traffic.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some features of the Site may not work properly as a result. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the [Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

6. Email Marketing and Communications

If you sign up for our emails or provide your contact information, we may send you promotional messages about our travel offers, payment-plan options, and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at contact@westsideintltravel.com. We may still send you non-promotional messages related to a trip you have booked or an inquiry you have made.

7. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including to provide our services, maintain your travel and payment records, and comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations — after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including those of travel suppliers and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults age 18 and older, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. When you book family or group travel, you may provide personal information about minor travelers (such as names and dates of birth required by travel providers); that information is provided by the adult making the booking and is used only to arrange the requested travel. If you believe we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Your Privacy Rights
